Orders ship from our shop in Southern California. Orders placed after 2 PM PST begin processing the next business day; orders placed Friday after 2 PM PST begin processing the following Monday. We operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.

Veros provides warranty and satisfaction guarantees pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. Consumable items such as towels, pads, and applicators will be covered against defect for their average useful life as defined by Veros Car Care. Partial credit is possible in place of non-warranty returns or items returned in a condition indicative of improper or unintended use. Warranty and guarantee apply to the original owner only and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
RETURNS
Veros Premium Car Care accepts unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase. Please attach any information such as your email, order invoice, or order number to help process your return as fast as possible. A restocking fee is not charged for your returned item.
